Really can’t get enough of events especially when we are talking about food! Good thing, I’ve found out this invitation from Food Magazine‘s Instagram account. Though I don’t have enough knowledge when it comes to cooking, I always find it so amusing to see those cooking demos and somehow gives that feeling that maybe, I should try to learn how to cook for my kids. And yes, thankfully I got the chance to witness another recipe exploration courtesy of roster of Chefs from the famous restaurants in the country! Are you excited? Let’s begin the tour on what happened during the event!

The program began with Chef Johnlu Koa of French Baker! He shared this Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame sandwiches using the finest breads from French Baker of course!

Followed by Chef Eau Lautriso from Bakers Maison who presented the sandwiches Dried Mangos & Chicken Baguette and Italian Ciabata

Chef Tatung, one among the country’s renowned chef was also present to offer his own recipe of  Chilled Summer Spaghetti

Kumori Japanese Bakery also prepared Cheesy Ham & Mushroom Bun plus Peach Brioche. Chef Leizel Lucena and Chef Kharolyn Ang both did a demo on how to make a perfect dough.

Since the weather nowadays is really hot, we all deserve to get refreshed with cold drinks! That’s why Chef Portia Baluyut of Lifestyle Network prepared the Coffee Bubble Cooler!

Cafe Shibuya also graced the event and showcased one among their best sellers — Sticky Toffee Dessert Toast courtesy of Chef Dianne Kieth Dino

Each one of the members of the audience had a taste of the recipes presented and that includes me! Haha! That’s what “food tastings” are for!
