I love pampering sessions even at home! I’m such a fan of any beauty regimen in the market from cleansers, moisturizers, creams, and beauty masks! And yes, facial masks are everywhere with different varieties to choose from – flavors, colors, packaging, etc. I wonder what do they really contribute to our faces. I’m not a beauty expert but I think the experience of doing reviews would be a great part of my beauty journey! So, I did a collaboration with About Face PH to do review for one of their Korean product line – Proud Mary!
I made the #8DaysFacialMaskJourney which features Animal and Ampoule Mask Packs with 4 variants each. Let’s take a tour on my beauty review:
Day 1: Whitening Aqua in Panda Animal Mask
Description: Contains hyaluronic acid which moisturize particularly the dry skin which enables the skin to clean.
Result: Skin feels soft and has noticeable glow. I know that’s not possible just in one use but it seemed that way.
Day 2: Anti-Wrinkle Collagen in Tiger Animal Mask Pack
Description: Contains collagen extract that promotes elasticity dry and loose skin to replenish moisture and nutrients to make skin refreshing.
Result: Skin felt tight and elastic yet maintained the smoothness.
Day 3: Relaxing Charcoal & Aloe in Monkey Animal Mask Pack
Description: Contains the charcoal with aloe soothing to help clean and whiten without irritation.
Result: Skin felt much softer and smoother compared to the two variants. Maybe because of the aloe ingredient.
Day 4: Anti-Aging Horse Oil in Horse Animal Mask Pack
Description: Horse oil ingredients improve to anti-wrinkles and skin elasticity effects.
Result: Skin felt more tightened and softer.
***The Animal Mask Packs are recommended for morning use. The Tiger and Horse sheets are more thicker than the sheets of Panda and Monkey. My first time to use and encounter these designed facial masks. The kids are always watching whenever I apply them to see the animal designs.
All the masks sheets have the mild scent smell which is very relaxing. Also, they all contain botanical extracts. There’s always ingredients remaining in every pack everytime I use the facial masks so I also applied it on my knees and elbows 🙂
Day 5: Azulene Ampoule Mask Pack
Descrption:Azulene which is extracted from Chamomile soothe the sensitive skin and Allantoin make your skin smooth. Has the soothingness enhancement system
Result: Skin felt more soft and glowing. Superb smoothness!
Day 6: Hyaluron Ampoule Mask Pack
Description: Contains Hyaluronic Acid which is rich botanical moisture factor and Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract. Has the moisture enhancement system.
Result: Skin felt more moisturize and clean. Lessen the dryness which is noticeable in the morning.
Day 7: EGF Ampoule Mask Pack
Description: Enhance the EGF factor and help to improve the skin elasticity and makes skin healthy by helping the skin barrier reinforcement. Has the elasticity enhancement system.
Result: Skin felt more elastic and tightened.
Day 8: Vita C Ampoule Mask Pack
Description: Contains pure vitamin C and Tocopheryl Acetate which derivatives of Vitamin E protect your irritated skin and provides moisture. Has the radiance enhancement system.
Result. Aside from the soothing effect, the radiance factor is really visible. Skin is more glowing which the husband noticed in the morning.
** The Ampoule Mask Pack is recommended for night application as the results are very visible when you wake up in the morning! The tencel sheets are also eco-friendly!
OVERALL REVIEW: The mask packs are very consistent with the soothing effect. For 8 days, I noticed that my face was more soft and smooth. Also, I never had any small pimple, even one within the whole duration of review! My favorites are the Ampoule Mask Packs! Honestly amazed on the results which are beyond my expectations!
