If there’s one ulam that my parents prefer as option back when we’re still living in the province, sardines or mackerel were always on the list. It’s affordable and can always be found in sari-sari stores.

It’s just so easy to prepare…Just fill-in all the ingredients inside the taco shells and on top is the Uni-Pak Mackerel then add some cheese 🙂
