Cooking will be more fun once again for mommies like me with Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation’s newest product addition – Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce! What’s more special about this is having the Primetime King, Coco Martin as celebrity endorser!
Last week, the Ajinomoto Family formally launched Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, which is concentrated from real oysters, complete with seasonings to provide delicious blend of savory, sweet and salty taste to any dish.
According to Pen Alvina, Ajinomoto’s Category Manager for Menu Seasonings unique brand of oyster sauce that’s created to suit Filipino taste and preference, making many Filipino dishes like ginisang kangkong and adobo more flavorful and delicious.

With his huge appeal in Philippine TV and charming qualities to the masses, Coco Martin is the perfect endorser of Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce! From his humble beginnings, Coco was familiar with simple dishes like kangkong and mentioned that it was one of his grandmother’s favorite to cook. Graduated with degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Coco attests that Sarsaya Oyster Sauce is definitely “lasang oyster na oyster” and loved how it can enhance the simple Filipino dishes.
A live cooking demonstration was facilitated by Chef Mcrhyan Rodrigo using Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce with the Filipino dishes Ginisarsayang Kangkong with Tokwa and his own recipe, Thai Style Stir Fried Chicken.
